His career spans not only frontline healthcare delivery, but also strategic advisory roles, including consulting for NHS healthcare facilities in the UK on optimizing patient flow and operational efficiency.
In addition to his clinical leadership, Dr. Puri has extensive experience in corporate governance and has served on the boards of both public and private med-tech companies. He has played a key role in helping early-stage and growth-phase medical technology startups navigate the complex path from innovation to implementation, lending his insight on regulatory strategy, market readiness, and scalability.
